Section 220-16-145. Definitions—Bottomfish pot.

- "Bottomfish pot" shall be defined as a portable, enclosed device with one or more gates or entrances and one or more lines attached to surface floats. Bottomfish pots must have biodegradable escape panels constructed with #21 or smaller untreated cotton twine in such a manner that an opening at least eight inches in diameter results when the twine deteriorates.[Statutory Authority: RCW 75.08.080.
