Section 220-16-140. Definitions—Herring rake.

- "Herring rake" shall be defined as a long-handled, streamlined board, oar-like in shape, with a lower portion of the leading edge studded with sharp-pointed nails upon which the fish are impaled when the rake is forced through the water edgewise.[Order 810, § 220-16-140, filed 4/17/69.
