Section 212-80-001. Purpose.

- The purpose of this chapter is to adopt rules to a single statewide standard of performance and compliance for the licensing of fire protection sprinkler system contractors, the issuance of certificates, and the issuance of civil fines for violations of any provision of chapter 18.160 or 18.270 RCW or any provision of this chapter.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.270.900 and 18.160.030.
