Section 212-17-425. Transportation—General.

- (1) Licensees are authorized to transport the class and quantity of fireworks for which they have a license to possess from the point of acceptance from a licensed source to an approved storage facility or use site.(2) Transportation will be in accordance with the regulations of the United States Department of Transportation and the laws of the state of Washington governing the transportation of Division 1.3G and 1.4G explosives.(3) Nothing in these rules will restrict the right of any person to transport in a private vehicle, fireworks which have been legally purchased for personal use.(4) Penalties for violations of this section are provided in WAC 212-17-515.
