Section 212-17-232. License renewals.

- (1) Renewal of pyrotechnic operator's licenses begins January 2nd of each calendar year for those operator licenses that will expire January 31st. The renewal application must:(a) Be on forms provided by the state fire marshal.(b) Provide evidence of experience within the past thirteen months as an operator or assistant as part of at least one display.(c) Be signed.(d) Include the annual license fee.(2) Persons whose operator license is expired longer than the twelve months will be required to submit his or her application as a new applicant.[Statutory Authority: RCW 70.77.250.
