Section 208-528-010. Purpose.

- The purpose of this chapter shall be to provide persons desiring to incorporate a bank or trust company with the requirements and guidelines necessary to comply with statutory provisions and to insure expeditious processing of a notice of intention to organize a bank or trust company.[Statutory Authority: RCW 30.04.030 and 43.320.040.
