Section 208-08-120. Informal settlements.

The department encourages informal settlement of matters before the agency. Any person who believes his or her interest in an adjudicative proceeding may be settled informally may contact the department. The department specifically adopts WAC 10-08-230 setting forth procedures for informal settlements.
