Section 200-200-430. Demonstrations, parades—Obstructing traffic, state business—Prohibiting.

- No person singly, or in combination with others, shall engage in demonstrations, parades, or other similar activities in such a manner as to unreasonably disrupt the orderly flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic on the state capitol grounds or the conduct of state business by state employees on the state capitol grounds or in any buildings on the state capitol grounds.[Statutory Authority: 2011 c 43.
