Section 200-200-360. Parking infractions and fines—Towing.

- Any unauthorized vehicle, as defined in this chapter, shall be cited for a traffic infraction in accordance with RCW 46.08.170. Repeat offenders are those receiving more than three notices of traffic infractions within a twelve-month period.
