Section 200-200-320. Responsibility of person to whom permit is issued.

- Any person or any governmental or private entity to whom a permit is issued pursuant to these regulations shall be responsible for all violations of these regulations involving that person's or entity's vehicle or permit: Provided, however, That such responsibility shall not relieve other persons or entities who violate these regulations.[Statutory Authority: 2011 c 43.
