Section 200-200-150. Advertising and solicitation activities.

- No advertising, solicitation, or promotional activities shall be conducted or engaged in on any portion of the state capitol grounds in such a manner as to damage or destroy public property, block or close off road ways and parking areas, block or interfere with ingress and egress to the state capitol grounds or to any building situated thereon, or in any manner interfere with the conduct of state government business. Advertising and solicitation for commercial purposes shall not be conducted or engaged in on any portion of the state capitol grounds except with prior approval of the director.[Statutory Authority: 2011 c 43.
