The joint self-insurance program shall make available to each participant an annual membership report which includes a copy of the program's annual audited financial statements. The annual report may also include other information as determined by the board of directors. The reports shall be delivered to each member by electronic or regular mail. Programs may meet the delivery requirement by publishing and maintaining the membership report on the official web site of the program for a minimum of three years from the date of publication.
