Section 200-01-035. Availability of records.

Public records are available for inspection and the preparation of requested copying during the department's normal business hours. For the purposes of this chapter, normal business hours of DES are 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Records must be inspected at the main office of the department or other agency location as applicable.
