Section 196-16-110. Requirements.

Starting on July 1, 2006, all licensed professional land surveyors wishing to maintain lawful practice must accumulate fifteen PDH per year of a two-year renewal cycle. All renewals for licensure as a professional land surveyor occurring on or after July 1, 2007 are subject to audit by the board.
