Section 192-250-015. When is an employer eligible to participate in the shared work program?

A business must be legally registered in the state of Washington for at least six months (one hundred eighty days) before applying for the shared work program. "Registration" includes being issued an employment security department (ESD) number as well as a unified business identifier (UBI) number.
