Section 182-546-0100. The MAA ambulance transportation program.

- (1) The provisions of this chapter take precedence with respect to ambulance coverage in cases of ambiguity in, or conflict with, other rules governing eligibility for medical services.(2) The medical assistance administration (MAA) covers medically necessary ambulance transportation to and from the provider of MAA covered services that is closest and most appropriate to meet the client's medical need.
