- (1) To ensure compliance with program rules, the medicaid agency conducts program integrity activities under chapter 182-502A WAC.(2) School districts must participate in all program integrity activities.(3) School districts are responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of all claims submitted for medicaid reimbursement.[Statutory Authority: RCW 41.05.021 and 41.05.160.
