Section 182-526-0370. Submitting documents for a telephonic hearing.

(1) When a hearing is conducted by telephone, an administrative law judge (ALJ) may order the parties to file and serve the hearing documents at least five days before the hearing, so all parties have an opportunity to view them during the hearing.

(2) The health care authority hearing representative may be able to help a party copy and file their documents with the OAH and send them to any other party.
