Section 182-16-110. Judicial review of final order.

- (1) Judicial review is the process of appealing a final order to a court.(2) The party that requested the administrative hearing may appeal a final order by filing a written petition for judicial review that meets the requirements of RCW 34.05.546. Judicial review of final order.
