Section 182-08-120. Employer contribution.

The employer contribution must be used to provide insurance coverage for the basic life insurance benefit, the basic long-term disability insurance benefit, medical, and dental, and to establish a reserve for any remaining balance. There is no employer contribution available for any other insurance coverage for employees employed by state agencies.
