Section 181-86-015. Denial of application for certification or endorsement order—Definition.

As used in this chapter the term "denial of application for certification order" means an official document issued by the superintendent of public instruction which contains:

(1) Findings of fact.

(2) A conclusion of law that the applicant does not qualify for the certificate, including renewal and reinstatement, or endorsement request.
