Section 181-85-130. Reinstatement of lapsed certificate.

Latest version.

A holder of a lapsed certificate may reinstate such lapsed certificate by presenting evidence to the superintendent of public instruction of completing the continuing education credit hour requirement within the previous five years from the date of reinstatement application. The next lapse dates on a reinstated professional certificate shall be recalculated and shall be the same as if a new certificate under the provisions of WAC 181-85-100.
