Section 181-79A-252. First peoples' language, culture, and oral tribal traditions certificates—Renewal and continuing education requirements.

The following shall apply to first peoples' language, culture, and oral tribal traditions certificates issued pursuant to this chapter:

A first peoples' language, culture, and oral tribal traditions certificate may be renewed for an additional five-year period on application and verification that the individual has met tribal renewal/continuing education requirements.
