Section 181-78A-130. Approval of preparation program offered by an out-of-state institution or organization within the state applicable to certification.

- No out-of-state institution or organization shall offer a program of courses within Washington state for purposes of Washington state certification without meeting all program approval requirements set forth in this chapter and those set forth in the Degree Authorization Act, chapter 28B.85 RCW where applicable.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.410.210.
