Section 174-116-126. Appeal/hearing—Procedure—Review decision.

Upon conclusion of the review and/or appeal, the chairperson of the infraction review committee shall render the decision of the review committee as to appropriateness of the assessed fines. The decision shall be recorded in the records maintained by the parking office and the secretary of the infraction review committee shall endorse his/her signature therein, certifying the record to be correct.
