- (1) Recipients must fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and rules relating to topics such as procurement, discrimination, labor, job safety, drug-free environments, and minority and women owned businesses.(2) Ongoing management of most aspects of loan projects is subject to the most recent edition of Administrative Requirements for Ecology Grants and Loans.(3) Ongoing management of all aspects of loan projects is subject to the associated funding program guidelines.(4) The applicant shall secure all necessary permits required by authorities having jurisdiction over the project.
