Section 173-95A-200. Centennial clean water program loan interest rates.

The department bases loan recipient interest rates on the average market interest rate. The average market interest rate is based on the daily market rate published in the bond buyer's index for tax-exempt municipal bonds for the period from sixty to thirty days before the annual funding application cycle begins. See WAC 173-95A-400 for hardship interest rates.
