Section 173-900-970. Collecting and paying share payments.

- Billing share payments.(1) By June 1 of each program year, ecology will bill any authorized party or authority that has not attained its plan's equivalent share as determined in WAC 173-900-930. The authorized party or authority must remit its share payment to ecology within sixty days from the billing date.Ecology payment of share payments.(2) By September 1 of each program year, ecology must pay any authorized party or authority that exceeded its plan's equivalent share.[Statutory Authority: RCW 70.95N.230.
