Section 173-900-305. The standard plan.

- A manufacturer must participate in the standard plan administered by the authority unless the manufacturer has approval to participate in an ecology approved independent plan.(1) The authority is responsible for collecting, transporting, processing, and recycling the sum of the equivalent shares of all manufacturers participating in the standard plan.(2) The "authority" is the Washington materials management and financing authority and is authorized to submit the standard plan for the participating manufacturers.
