Section 173-80-040. Provision of guidelines.

The department will publish guidelines which establish procedures for awarding grants and eligibility criteria for each Referendum 39 grant program identified in WAC 173-80-030(1). These guidelines will describe the grant application, review, and award process and will be available prior to the first grant award.
