Section 173-507-060. Future rights.

Latest version.

No right to divert or store public surface waters of the Snohomish WRIA 7 shall hereafter be granted which shall conflict with the instream flows and closures established in this chapter. Future rights for nonconsumptive uses, subject to the conditions herein established, may be granted.
