Section 173-505-140. Future changes and transfers.

Latest version.

No changes or transfers to existing surface or groundwater rights in the Stillaguamish River basin shall hereafter be granted that conflict with the purposes or provisions of this chapter. Any change or transfer proposals can be approved only if there is a finding that existing rights, including instream flows hereby established, will not be impaired.
