Section 173-50-060. Responsibilities of environmental laboratories.

- When applying for initial accreditation (see WAC 173-50-130 for maintaining an existing accreditation), managers of environmental laboratories must:• Submit an application (WAC 173-50-063) and required fees (WAC 173-50-190) to the department fiscal officer;• Submit a copy of the laboratory's quality assurance manual (WAC 173-50-067);• Submit an initial set of satisfactory PT sample results (WAC 173-50-070); and• Undergo an on-site audit (WAC 173-50-080).[Statutory Authority: RCW 43.21A.230, 43.20.050 and 2009 c 564 § 301.
