Section 173-360-365. Investigation due to offsite impacts.

- When required by the department or delegated agency, owners and operators of UST systems shall follow the procedures in WAC 173-360-370 to determine if the UST system is the source of offsite impacts. These impacts include the discovery of regulated substances (including but not limited to the presence of free product or its constituents in soils, basements, sewer and utility lines, groundwater, and/or surface water) that has been observed by the department or delegated agency or brought to their attention by another person.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 90.76 RCW.
