Section 173-351-120. Consideration of other local, state, and federal laws.

The owner or operator of a municipal solid waste landfill unit must comply with any other applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, regulations, or other requirements.

Except for 40 C.F.R. Part 258.60(f) and 258.60(g) set forth in WAC 173-351-010 (2)(b)(ii), 40 C.F.R. Part 258 is not an applicable federal rule for purposes of this section.
