Section 173-334-100. What time period is covered by the notice?

- Manufacturers must provide notice as required by WAC 173-334-110 on an annual basis for children's products that have been manufactured for sale in Washington during the twelve-month period that precedes the applicable due date for first notices set out in WAC 173-334-110(2). If the reporting party determines that there has been no change in the information required to be reported since the prior annual notice, the party may submit a written statement indicating that the previous reported data is still valid, in lieu of a new duplicate complete notice.If a CHCC is subsequently removed from the children's product component for which notice was given, the manufacturer may provide notice to the department.
