Section 173-300-050. Operator certification required at incineration facilities.

- (1) It is unlawful to operate a solid waste incineration facility without a certified operator in responsible charge on-site during all hours of operation.(2) All other operational employees are to be encouraged to become certified on a voluntary basis.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 70.95 RCW.
