Section 173-182-540. Planning standards for wildlife rescue and rehabilitation.

The plan shall identify applicable federal, state and NWACP requirements for wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, and describe the equipment, personnel, resource and strategies for compliance with the requirements. These resources shall have the capability to arrive on-scene within twenty-four hours of spill notification.
