Section 173-175-270. Department review response time.

In reviewing the various documents required in the construction permit process, the department shall respond in a timely manner to the owner or project engineer with written review comments, approval, or acceptance as appropriate.

If the department response is anticipated to occur sixty days or more beyond the date of receipt of the document(s), the department shall notify the owner and/or project engineer in writing and advise them of the expected response date.
