Section 170-297-4635. Handwashing sinks.

- (1) Handwashing facilities must be located in or immediately outside of:(a) Rooms used for toileting; and(b) Areas used for food preparation.(2) Soap and warm water must be provided at each handwashing sink, as well as:(a) Disposable paper towels; or(b) A heated-air hand-drying device with heat guards to prevent contact with surfaces that get hotter than one hundred twenty degrees Fahrenheit.(3) The handwashing procedures must be posted at each handwashing sink.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 43.215 RCW.
