Section 170-297-3700. Carpets.

Latest version.

(1) The licensee must clean installed carpet in the licensed space at least twice each calendar year, or more often when soiled, using a carpet shampoo machine, steam cleaner, or dry carpet cleaner.

(2) Where the licensee does not have decision-making authority over the licensed premises, document verification of compliance is acceptable.
