Section 170-296A-8375. Unlicensed care—Fines and other penalties.

Latest version.

A person providing unlicensed child care may be:

(1) Assessed a fine of one hundred fifty dollars a day for each day unlicensed child care is provided;

(2) Guilty of a misdemeanor; or

(3) Subject to an injunction.
