- The licensee must take action to prevent child exposure when the licensee becomes aware that any of the following are present in the indoor or outdoor licensed space:(1) Lead based paint;(2) Plumbing containing lead or lead solders;(3) Asbestos; or(4) Arsenic or lead in the soil or drinking water;(5) Toxic mold; or(6) Other identified toxins or hazards.[Statutory Authority: RCW 43.215.060, 43.215.070, and chapter 43.215 RCW.
