Section 170-296A-3325. Medication storage.

- The licensee must store all medications, as well as vitamins, herbal remedies, dietary supplements and pet medications as described in the following table:(1) In a locked container or cabinet until used; or(2) Inaccessible to children. The licensee must keep emergency rescue medications listed in subsection (3)(a)(i) through (vi) inaccessible but available for emergency use to meet the individual's emergency medical needs:[Statutory Authority: RCW 43.215.060, 43.215.070, and chapter 43.215 RCW.
