Section 170-290-2440. Early achievers payments for partnership slots providers.

- To receive subsidy payment and be eligible for early head start–child care partnership slots a new provider must:(1) Effective January 1, 2016, enroll in early achievers within thirty days of the start date of the partnership agreement;(2) Rate at a level three or higher within eighteen months of enrollment in early achievers;(3) If the provider rates lower than a level three, complete remedial activities with the department and rate at a level three or higher within six months of the beginning of the remedial activities.[Statutory Authority: RCW 43.215.070 and chapter 43.215 RCW.
