Section 170-03-0650. Ruling on request for reconsideration.

- (1) After the review judge receives a reconsideration request, within twenty calendar days the review judge must either:(a) Dispose of the petition; or(b) Send all parties a written notice setting a date by which the review judge will act on the petition.(2) If the review judge does not dispose of the petition or send the parties written notice setting a date by which the review judge will act on the petition within twenty days of receipt of the reconsideration request, the request is denied.(3) The review judge decision is final when the reconsideration decision is mailed or the date the reconsideration request is denied.
