Section 170-03-0110. The right to an interpreter in the hearing process.

- (1) If a party or witness has limited English proficiency (LEP), OAH will provide an interpreter during the hearing at no cost.(2) If OAH is notified that a party is a limited English-speaking person (LES), all notices concerning hearings must:(a) Be written in the party's primary language; or(b) Include a statement, in the primary language, explaining the importance of the notice and informing the party how to get help in understanding the notice and responding to it.
