Section 16-731-160. Who develops the depreciation schedules for the program's leased equipment?

The department, with final approval from OFM, will develop depreciation schedules for the program's leased equipment. These schedules will be based upon the characteristic economic useful lives of asparagus production or harvesting equipment used by the industry.
