Section 16-622-055. Deadline for application for or review of negotiating unit accreditation.

Applications for accreditation of a negotiating unit or petitions by affected parties for renewal of an existing negotiating unit shall be received by the director by September 1st of each year to allow sufficient time to determine if the criteria for accreditation has been met. Applications or petitions received after that date will be considered for the next succeeding negotiating period. Applications for accreditation of negotiating units for the 1990 growing season will be accepted until January 10, 1990.
