Section 16-610-012. Livestock identification advisory board—Length of term.

(1) Advisory board members serve staggered three-year terms. Terms begin on July 1 and end on June 30.

(2) Positions are numbered one through six as follows:

(a) Position one - Beef producers;

(b) Position two - Public livestock market operators;

(c) Position three - Horse owners;

(d) Position four - Dairy farmers;

(e) Position five - Cattle feeders; and

(f) Position six - Meat processors.
